Homes in Copenhagen and across Zealand

We offer homes in central Copenhagen within walking distance of the metro, cafés and cultural life, and apartments and villas in greater Copenhagen with easy access to the motorway and public transport.

There is always a broad selection: from smaller apartments to larger homes outside Copenhagen with spacious rooms, a garden, room from the neighbours — and lower prices per square metre.

Furnished homes

Around 40 per cent of tenants prefer a furnished home. We offer furnished properties, or a furnishing package in which we work with the landlord to furnish the home in a simple Nordic style.

For companies

Nordic Housing works with some of Denmark's largest companies to house relocating employees in greater Copenhagen. Need furnished homes close to the motorway on a three- to six-month lease?
